I wanted tortoise shell. Show the picture of exactly what I wanted was very unsure if she understood what I was saying she made me think she knew what she was doing. A question or 1 million times and I ended up with the worst nails Ever. I wish I could show you pictures when I showed my mom. She laughed hysterically for like 20 minutes straight. That’s how bad my nails turned out.
I was in the shop today and left completely dumbfounded.. I have had previous issues with being cut and sometimes pretty badly but I continued to give this place the benefit of the doubt.. I can no longer do that… not only was I cut deep underneath my nails, she didn’t bother to remove my old color and placed the new dip over it.. she added sooo much acrylic, the nails look like spoons and are more than a 8th thick.. Nothing would dry so she polished over the dip and still charged me the dip price.. now I’m spending 3 times the amount I should to have them fixed somewhere else because I do not want to walk around with ogre looking fingers… her prices are fair but if this is the quality you receive it’s too fair.. I’m heartbroken to even write this review and have to terminate my lengthy business with them but I do feel things are worse instead of improving… buyer beware
The Nail Shop is great, I love how detailed they are and how great my nails look. They take the take to really carve out the perfect shape and make sure the nails last as long as possible w/ out breaking! Great prices and great nails!
Okay so my friend an I went there and she wanted a full set and a pedicure. I wanted a fill an pedicure we both said what we wanted an they didn’t listen to our requests. She wanted pink an white gel polish instead she gave her dipping powder the acrylics were not put on right as they started lifting a few days after we got our nails done!!!! Our toenails aren’t even white anymore. My nails aren’t even white. Very very disappointing we will not be going back!!!
I was a walk-in twice here, they got me in right away both times. The first time, the young girl doing my nails was very quick! They stayed on without chipping for over a month. The second visit, the woman waxing my eyebrows did great! They looked the best they ever had. The young girl did my eyelash extensions for just $35 and the stayed on for at least 3 weeks! I will definitely be going there again!
